Register one participant for one course. Please use your official work email and enter the invoicing details exactly as they should appear on the invoice.

    Registering as *Private individuals and French entities are invoiced with French VAT (20%). Organisations outside France can be invoiced without French VAT with a valid VAT number, TIN or EIN. VAT rules
    As it should appear on the invoice.
    Required for organisations – it must appear on the invoice.
    Building, department, PO box – anything else that must be on the invoice.
    4. Manager and comments
    Your manager receives an email about your registration.
    For example a purchase order number or anything relevant to your registration.
    5. Payment and cancellation terms

    Payment and cancellation deadline25 December 2026

    • The invoice must be paid by 25 December 2026.
    • Payment is by bank transfer only; payment by credit card is not possible.
    • Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received.
    • Seats are allocated on a “first paid – first confirmed” basis.
    • e-DiFTA is not responsible for any bookings or other expenses (e.g. travel and accommodation).
    • Cancellation by the participant up to 25 December 2026 is subject to a €200 administration fee.
    • No refunds are available after 25 December 2026.
    • If e-DiFTA cancels the event, the registration fee is refunded in full; travel and accommodation expenses are not reimbursed.
