The training takes place at NH Prague City, a modern venue with a spacious conference area suitable for professional events. It is about a 20-minute walk from the city centre, so Prague’s main sights are easy to reach after class.

Travel and accommodation questions

What is not included?

Travel and accommodation. Participants arrange and pay for these themselves; e-DiFTA does not manage flight or hotel reservations. A discounted room rate is available at the event hotel.

Is there a special hotel rate?

Yes: €90 per night for a standard single room including breakfast, 12% VAT and city tax (CZK 50, about €2). Double occupancy costs €12 extra for the second breakfast plus €2 per night for the second city tax. The booking link and promotional code are sent after your registration is confirmed.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Individual hotel reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the event. Later cancellations are charged one night.

Seats are limited in every course

Seats are allocated on a “first paid – first confirmed” basis. Register for one course per participant and pay the invoice by bank transfer by 25 December 2026.
